Chascity is a Board Certified Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP BC). Chascity has experience managing patients in the setting of Trauma, Intensive Care, Emergency, Primary Care, Physical Rehabilitation, Dementia, and Hospice.
